Our location is ideal, providing very easy access from all major routes yet still far enough away to give all the tranquility and feel of the countryside. With cattle grazing in the meadows opposite and the weeping willow gently swaying in the breeze outside the barn, you will really feel like this is the perfect countryside location for your event.  Sited just five miles from Cambridge and three miles from the M11, it is perfectly positioned for access and is close to a wealth of accommodation. Exquisite catering service...

Here at The Manor Barn we have teamed up with The Cambridge Dinning Company, to offer a truly unique catering service. Rather than using a standard catering supplier we offer restaurant quality food no matter what size the event is. The company is part of Cambscuisine Restaurants which operates four high quality establishments in Cambridgeshire including The Cock at Hemingford Grey, The 2010 National Dining Pub of the Year. The cuisine is British, it is sourced from the local area and is presented with style. Their attention to detail and passion for local produce ensures the finest results.

As well as numerous weddings, Christenings and corporate functions, our catering team have also provided all food for Jamie Oliver on the "Jamie saves our Bacon" TV show, and the Jamie's Christmas Special as well as numerous events at "Jimmy's Farm" in Suffolk, home of the "Jimmy's Farm" BBC TV series.

They source some of the area's finest seasonal and local ingredients, all freshly prepared on the day of your event. Our menu changes with the seasons to make the most of our great British produce. We can cater for all dietary requirements and will also happily serve a specific favorite dish of yours if you prefer. With complimentary tastings and consultation, we will focus on working with you to create the perfect menu for your special day or event.

Our exceptional food can be served as:
- A selection of canapés, for £8 per guest
- A three course wedding breakfast, followed by coffee and chocolates, for £41 per guest
- A buffet, price varies between £25 - £35 per guest, depending on choice
- Hog roasts - POA

Prices include VAT and all standard cutlery, crockery, glassware and linen.
 

Cosy bar...

Our snug bar room is just off the main barn with traditional old pub tables and soft lighting. We stock a wide range of drinks ensuring everyone can have their favorite tipple! We are also more than happy to arrange any specific requests for example, real ale or favorite whisky. We do not overprice our drinks and you can expect to pay no more than our local public house.
